Former Democratic Party lawmaker Son Hye-won lost a lawsuit against SBS in a lawsuit against SBS to claim a counter-argument report on the allegation of speculation in Mokpo real estate.
The Seoul High Court ruled that SBS had already sufficiently reported on the objection of Congressman Son, the plaintiff in a related report, and that there was no need to object again.
Earlier in January of last year, the SBS'Panda to the End' team reported on suspicion that Congressman Sohn purchased the real estate under the new name, knowing in advance whether or not to designate the Mokpo Modern History and Culture Space.
Congressman Son was sentenced to 1 year and 6 months in prison after being accused of violating the Real Name Real Name Act and the Anti-Corruption Act at the first criminal trial in August.
