Mr. A worked as a designer, Andar, a famous domestic yoga wear brand.

They claim that they have suffered terrible things since August last year, less than a month after joining.

It is said that she was constantly harassed by boss B during the'fitting' process of putting on clothes before the product launch.

[Mr. A: Sweeping the chest from top to bottom, or looking at the fit of the crotch...

I'm not working there to get touched...

.] The

harassment continued until February of this year, when the company officially raised concerns, Mr. A said.

What made Mr. A more difficult was the company's response.

After raising the issue of Mr. A, the company requested an investigation with the labor firm, and the labor firm recommended, "We judged that the victim's allegation was highly reliable based on the details of the victim's memory and the probability of the situation, so that the perpetrator's salary reduction was 6 months."

However, when Mr. B applied for a reconsideration, another law firm began investigating again. This time, based on statements made by other third-party employees, it was concluded that "it was only natural physical contact during work and not enough to cause sexual shame or displeasure." I got off.

As recommended by law firms, the company only imposes the lightest reprimand.

Separation measures were also not taken properly.

It was all that Mr. B moved to the next room, so Mr. A said he had to keep looking at Mr. B's face as he came and went.

[Mr. A: I moved it to the next room.

But since it's the room right next door, I run into it when I go to the bathroom or have lunch.

Sometimes I just came into our room.]

In June, the police handed Mr. B to the prosecution on charges of'assault by the power of business', and an investigation is underway at the prosecution.
