Today (19th), at the National Assembly Administration and Safety Committee's National Audit Office held at Gyeonggi Province, opposition party lawmakers poured out inquiries to Governor Lee Jae-myung regarding the'Suspicion of involvement in Optimus Asset Management Fund Fraud.'

On the 9th of this month, Governor Lee, an Optimus advisor (former Prosecutor General) at the time, met with Lee in May of this year in a document ``related to the healing of defects in funds'', which is known to have been written by Kim Jae-hyun, CEO of Optimus on the 9th of this month. It was reported that there was an inquiry regarding the business license, and the request was suspicious.

Rep. Park Soo-young, referring to the official letter of'Consultation on the application for approval of logistics complex designation and implementation plan' sent by the Gyeonggi Provincial Office to internal public institutions and private-public enterprises in November of last May. "If you do not answer within 10 days, there will be no disagreement. I will do it,” he pointed out that this is “fast track” for so-called public officials.

He added, "I feel that sending (official letters) to a large number of recipients at once is acknowledging that there is a fast track," he said. "The governor continued to oppose the Gwangju distribution center, but why did this official go out urgently? I am curious about the change of position.

Rep. Kwon Young-se of the same party also said, "If the governor regards it as the act of fraudsters (regarding the suspicion), it should have been cut off in Gyeonggi-do early (so that Optimus can give up the project application itself) so that the problem does not continue until now." All suspicions need to be clarified with proper logic.”

Rep. Park Wan-soo said, "In April this year, the investment institution for the Bonghyeon Logistics Complex was changed from securities companies to Optimus. In common sense, securities companies are more reliable than Optimus." "Also, Optimus invested 21.5 billion won in the logistics complex. "I don't understand (Governor Lee's) claim that Chae didn't talk about business when he met with Governor.

The governor, who has already strongly denied the allegations through Facebook, refuted the opposition's inquiries today, saying, "You must not damage the capital in this way because of documents lying by fund scammers."

In response to the official letter sent by the Gyeonggi Provincial Office to the agencies, the Governor said, "Not only the Bonghyeon Logistics Complex, but all related documents such as the Logistics Complex contain the phrase'If there is no opinion within 10 days, it is regarded as having no disagreement.' "If you try to deceive the relevant organizations with the word, you can do it if you don't include the phrase."

In addition, in filing a suspicion of'Fast Track' related to licensing, "Fast Track is a regular course, but it is to create a separate fast course." "Fast Track makes sense only if you take the procedure as an exception and follow the normal procedure, but administrative procedures that apply equally to everyone. It is contradictory to say that only here is a fast track."

At the same time, he drew a second line of suspicion, saying, "The license for the logistics complex business has already ended when Gwangju City opposes the business."

Gyeonggi-do requested that Gwangju City consult (in fact, agree) to proceed with administrative procedures related to the license for the logistics complex project. However, on September 3, the project implementer'consultation with Gwangju City is difficult. ', and we have withdrawn (document collection).
