The 8·15 Emergency Response Committee, a conservative group that had changed to a press conference because the court was unable to obtain permission for the assembly, is pushing for a city rally again.
It was reported that it would be held in the form of outdoor worship where 1,000 people gather, but it is actually a meeting.
