Organizations suspicious of misappropriating donations for comfort women such as the Korean Council for Countermeasures against Mental Problems (Jungdaehyup) and'House of Sharing' showed a position in court that they could not return the funds, saying, "The funds were used legally."

Judge Cho Sang-min, who was solely responsible for the Civil Affairs 68 of the Seoul Central District Court, held the first and second litigation of the first and second lawsuits against these organizations and the Democratic Party lawmaker Yoon Mi-hyang along with the supporters of the House of Sharing and Jeong Dae-hyup on the 12th.

In today's court, the representative of Chung Dae-hyup said, "The Jeong Dae-hyup did not deceive the plaintiffs and used the donation in accordance with the business contents of the articles of incorporation." Must be dismissed."

In a response letter sent to the court this month, Rep. Yoon also said, "Please dismiss the plaintiff's claim," and stated that the donation cannot be returned.

Earlier, the'Comfort Women's Donation and Donation Return Lawsuit Meeting' filed three lawsuits in June asking for the donation back in June, saying, "There is a suspicion that the billions of donations that came to the victims of the Nanum House have been misappropriated."

As the key to the lawsuit is whether the donation was actually used according to the purpose, in today's court, there was a sharp battle between the plaintiff and the defendant over whether to disclose the deposit and withdrawal details of the funding account.

Accordingly, the court decided to adopt the evidence after reviewing the contents of the opinion submitted by the plaintiff.

In addition, the plaintiffs asked the court to appoint a mediation date, saying that they would like to talk with Daehyup Chung, House of Sharing, and Assemblyman Yoon about this situation, but the defendant avoided an immediate response, saying, "The plaintiff's claim has not been clearly summarized."

Meanwhile, Rep. Yoon, who was accused of using Eui-yeon Eui-yeon's donation money, is scheduled for the first trial date in the Seoul Western District Law next month.
