From 11 am, the dedicated team has entered the Samhwan Art Nouveau fire site in Nam-gu with related organizations such as the National Institute for Scientific Investigation and the fire department to conduct a sensation.
The dedicated team initially tried to conduct the second joint inspection yesterday (10th), but there was a risk of falling cargo in the building, so safety facilities such as nets and fences were installed first.
It is unclear whether the first fire occurred on the terrace on the 3rd floor or on the balcony on the 12th floor, so we plan to focus on finding out.
The first report was "smoke came from the balcony on the 12th floor", but nearby residents said "I saw the flames on the 3rd floor."
There is also a trace of flames spreading in the shape of a'V' as you go upstairs from the outer wall of the 3rd floor terrace.
The dedicated team also receives and analyzes closed-circuit (CC) TV video data from this multi-purpose apartment management office, while also securing and analyzing CCTV images installed in nearby buildings.
