Penalties may be imposed up to 100,000 won to the violating party and up to 3 million won to the manager and operator.



Public transportation such as buses and subways where an unspecified number of people are concerned about corona19 infection, gatherings and demonstrations where the crowd is crowded, medical institutions and nursing facilities with many vulnerable groups of infection, and day and night protection facilities must always wear a mask. Specifically, public transport workers and users, organizers and workers and attendees of the assembly, workers and users of medical institutions, residents of nursing homes, and those who care for them are subject to fines for negligence when they do not wear masks.



For other facilities or places, the application depends on the social distancing stage.
