Move on to the Ulsan residential-commercial fire incident.

How the fire started in the first place, and now the investigation is focused on this.

However, when we got a video taken at the beginning of the fire, there is a strong possibility that the fire started on the third floor, which residents use as a gym, playground, etc.

Let’s watch the video first.

This is Jung Joon-ho.

is a video of a fire in a residential-commercial building in Ulsan obtained by SBS.

At around 11:34 p.m. on the 8th, Gjet (8th), in the early days of the fire, a strong flame is rising from the terrace on the 3rd floor of the building where the public space is located.

In the photo taken at the same place just 3 minutes ago, the flames that burned only on the 3rd floor exterior wall and at the entrance quickly spread to the top of the building.

[driving me crazy.

It shouldn't be moved to our house...

.]

This is the right back side of the building we took today.

From the outer wall of the terrace on the third floor on the lower floor to the upper floor, there is a clear trace of fire spreading in the shape of a'V'.

It is doubtful whether the strong winds pushed the flames up higher and increased the damage.

[Residents of the lower floors of the damaged building: I looked out the window while talking on the phone, but I saw a little fire from the bottom so I could mistake it for a fire in the lower house.

I judged that I was riding from the bottom up (I evacuated.)]

This is a terrace on the 3rd floor, which is believed to be the firing point.

Building exterior walls and insulation are melted and stacked.

As fire reports have been received from several floors, it is still too early to conclude, but the fire department is also presuming that the third floor is a strong ignition point.

The police and fire departments plan to install safety nets first in preparation for falling objects that may occur on the outer wall, and then begin precise joint detection from tomorrow morning.
