The '8.15 Citizen Emergency Countermeasure Committee', which failed while holding a 1,000-person assembly near Gwanghwamun, also held a press conference with less than 10 officials present.



"The assembly that was planned by the administrative court's political judgment was destroyed, so we held a press conference like this," he said. .



Following the opening day, conservative groups' drive-through vehicle demonstrations were held in various places in downtown Seoul.



The police mobilized about 180 troops and 11,000 people, similar to that of the National Foundation Day, to manage the assembly and press conference held in Seoul.



A barrier was installed in the Gwanghwamun area to prevent illegal assembly, but the police did not block Gwanghwamun Square at the source in consideration of the controversy over constitution due to the blockade of the source of the assembly through the barrier.
