fire engulfed the residential-commercial apartment.

Fireballs fall constantly, and hazy smoke is constantly emanating.

The fire in the 33-story apartment in Nam-gu, Ulsan was around 11:14 last night.

The fire started near the 12th floor of the building and quickly spread throughout the building.

Currently, all fire trucks from nearby fire stations are mobilized to extinguish fires, but the fire has not been turned off for more than an hour.

More than 80 apartment residents, including newborn babies born this year, were taken to hospitals after drinking smoke.

As the flames spread upward, some 40 people were once isolated on the rooftops, but authorities say they have rescued all of them.

Some residents said that the fire alarm was activated long after the fire broke out.

[Apartment residents: Because the fire came up, it took 30 minutes and then (fire alarm) went off.]

The fire department will investigate the exact ignition point and cause as soon as the extinguishing operation is complete.
