These conclusions "evoke a death by drowning with intervention of a third party because of multiple internal bruises found on the body of the victim", writes the assistant prosecutor Boris Duffau who specifies that, "if no trace of sexual violence was found, it is not however possible at this stage of the investigation to rule out this hypothesis ".
