Yesterday (28th), the number of new corona19 confirmed patients in Korea increased by 38 one day, and fell below 50 in 49 days.
The Seoul Metropolitan Government announced that it would claim damages in case a confirmed person comes out by holding a rally during the opening day.

were 38 new corona19 confirmed yesterday.
Among them, 23 cases occurred in Korea and 15 cases inflow from overseas were tentatively counted.
It has been 49 days since the 11th of last month that the number of new confirmed cases fell below 50.
By region, 11 in Seoul and 6 in Gyeonggi, 17 were confirmed in the metropolitan area.
In the non-capital area, there were 3 people in Busan, 2 in Gyeongbuk and 1 in Chungbuk.
Yesterday, one person died while undergoing Corona 19 treatment, and the cumulative death toll rose to 407.
At Dana Hospital, a psychiatric hospitalization facility in Dobong-gu, Seoul, two hospitalized patients were confirmed yesterday.
The health authorities explained that the hospital was temporarily closed and 186 people involved, including hospitalized patients and medical staff, were fully tested, and among them, many patients showed fever symptoms, which could spread through group infection.

The Seoul Metropolitan Government also announced that it would ban the Gaecheon Day assembly scheduled for Sunday and claim damages if a confirmed case occurs.
