A vehicle enters a narrow alley.

A man in a black suit approaches the vehicle.

As the vehicle passes, the man drops the paper bag he was holding in his hand to see if he collides with the vehicle.

A surprised driver runs and the man falls to the ground and picks up the broken item.

The man shows the envelope of the death certificate and receives 150,000 won in cash from the driver saying that the assault box is broken.

But it was all lies.

The man wasn't resident, and he carried a broken asshole, deliberately bumped his arm against the vehicle, and collected the money.

[Victor: He said it was an ashes.

I told him if he had to go to the hospital, so he asked for 150,000 won to go right now.

I'm so sorry that the ashes were broken.

I'll give you 150,000 won in a hurry.]

A 60-year-old Mr. A was investigated as having collected 1 million won worth 11 times with the same technique, but as this fact became known, dozens of additional damage reports were filed.

Mr. A made and wore protective equipment like this to prevent injury to his arm while continuing the crime.

The police arrested Mr. A on the charges of habitual fraud, and asked the victims to report the same damage, seeing that there would be much more.
