The court said there was room for contention as to whether the quarantine authorities' request for submission of CCTV video data, which they rejected, falls under the'method of epidemiological investigation'.
Last month, when Seongbuk-gu requested the provision of a church CCTV for an epidemiological investigation of a member of the Sarangjeil Church, who was diagnosed with Corona 19, they were investigated for stealing the data without responding.
