To prevent the spread of Corona 19, the operation of the National Cemetery will be temporarily suspended from the 30th of the Chuseok holiday to the 4th of next month.

According to the Ministry of National Veterans Affairs, the targets are Hyeonchungwon (Seoul·Daejeon), Hogukwon (Yeongcheon·Imsil·Icheon·Sancheong·Goesan), Democratic Cemetery (March 15/4·19/5·18), and Sinam Seonyeol Park.

During the Chuseok holiday period, the shuttle bus service and indoor convenience facilities such as the ceremonial room, the waiting room for worshipers, the lounge, and the restaurant in the national cemetery will be suspended.

However, for on-site visits at the outdoor cemetery, only inevitable cases such as the saddle's deadline are allowed with advance reservations.

On the other hand, online worship services will be expanded for families who are unable to visit the site during the holidays.

The National Cemetery Cemetery's ‘Honcho and Worship Photo Transfer Service’ is in place, in which photos of people of merit are taken and photos are sent to the bereaved family.

This is only possible if an application is made by phone on the 21st to 25th, and it may be terminated early if there are many applicants.

For more information, you can check the website of each national cemetery or call the national cemetery.
