About 20 members of the Liberal Korean Party who were handed over to the trial for that incident came to the first trial today (21st).

The ruling and opposition parties clashed over an amendment to the Election Act, which included an interlocked proportional representation system, and the expedited processing of the Airlift Installation Act, that is, a fast track designation.



At that time, Korean party lawmakers occupied the bill and the office to prevent the filing of the bill, and even the'iron lever' appeared.



At the time, Rep. Chae Lee-bae, who was newly elected as a member of the special committee, was imprisoned in his office for six hours.



In January, the prosecution prosecuted 24 Korean party lawmakers who were confirmed to be violent on charges of the National Assembly Act and obstruction of the execution of special public affairs.



This was the first case of the National Assembly Advancement Act, which severely punishes violence in the National Assembly.



At the trial held four times after the preparation period, former CEO Hwang Gyo-an argued in the court that "The Election Law and the Airborne Law are evil laws that are contrary to fairness and justice."
