Mr. A, a refugee man in his 30s who attempted to escape from North Korea, is being arrested by the police and being investigated.
Mr. A is known to have attempted to defect to North Korea through the training ground of the 3rd Division Tank Battalion in Cheorwon-gun, Gangwon-do around 9 am on the 17th.
