Rep. Yoon Mi-hyang, who was prosecuted in disability, uploaded a video like this on social media in which Grandmother Gil Won-ok expresses her opinion.
It seems to be to refute the results of the prosecution's investigation that she had made donations to Grandma Gil Won-ok, who is suffering from severe dementia, and the prosecution rebutted that she met and confirmed her health status.

<Reporter> A
video of Rep. Yoon Mi-hyang uploaded to remember the life of Gil Won-ok.
[Now I have Gil Won-ok, I will replace it!] In an
SNS post, Rep
.
Yoon claimed that her grandmother's proud and wonderful life as a peace human rights activist was denied by the prosecutors for dementia.
It appears to be an intent to refute the prosecution's claim that Gil grandmother made a donation through severe dementia by revealing that she was able to express herself clearly.
The prosecution said that the elderly woman could not make a donation decision on her own because she suffered from severe dementia.
As a result of the prosecutor's personal interview with Gil's grandmother and analyzing objective data such as medical advice and medical records, he decided that he did not make a donation by himself.
The prosecution also sees that the fact that Rep. Yun had her grandmother write a will to the effect of entrusting her with everything after her death last year and this year as a context supporting the suspicion of quasi-fraud.
[Mr. Jo/Gil Won-ok's grandmother's daughter-in-law: Even when 100 million won came in, you don't know what you're doing... . Even if Yoon Mi-hyang appears on TV, I don't know who that person is.] The
Justice Memory Association said that it was regrettable that Gil grandmother was dismissed as an old man with dementia, saying at a public event in 2017.
The Seoul Western District Law announced that it would allocate the case to the consensus group where three judges consider the issue as a complex case and a large impact on society.
