Four vehicles hit one after another at the Yongin point of the Gyeongbu Expressway, which rained during the night.

Last (11th) at around 11pm, four cars hit one after another near the Suwon Interchange in the direction of Seoul on the Gyeongbu Expressway.



A one-ton truck driver, Hong Mo, a man in her 50s, and a companion, Kim Mo, a woman in her 50s, were taken to the hospital while undergoing CPR, but they died.



The police believe that a one-ton freight car that slipped in the rain hit a guard rail and bounced off and hit two trucks and one highway bus in succession.



The highway was once congested until the accident was settled.

At around 6:40 pm yesterday, a school bus carrying 28 children, including children's soccer teams, crashed into a 1 ton truck at the North Port Tunnel of the 2nd Ring Expressway in Dong-gu, Incheon.



The truck, which was pushed out by the shock, collided with the SUV vehicle that was running before, but fortunately, there was no other personal injury.



The police believe that the driver of the school bus inadvertently applied the brakes late in the congested section as the cause of the accident.

At around 4:20 pm yesterday, a 61-year-old female hiker stumbled and fell 10 meters down at Imkkeokjeongbong Peak in Bulgoksan, Yangju-si, Gyeonggi-do.



The woman, whose head and face were injured, received first aid from the rescue team, was loaded onto a helicopter, and transferred to a nearby hospital.
