The 10th typhoon'High Line' has reached the land in southeast of Gangneung.



The Meteorological Administration announced that the High Line is traveling north at 59 km/h from land near about 100 km southeast of Gangneung as of noon today (7th).



The central air pressure is 965 hPa, and the maximum central wind speed is 115 km/h (32 m/sec).



Accordingly, a very strong wind with a maximum instantaneous wind speed of 108 km/h (30 m/s) is blowing on the coast of the east coast, and very strong rain of about 60 mm per hour is falling in Yeongdong, Gangwon-do.



Pohang Guryongpo, where the typhoon passed earlier, had a maximum instantaneous wind speed of 42.3m per second, and a strong wind of 32.2m in Busan.



The typhoon is expected to escape to the East Sea of ​​Gangwon-do this afternoon, and it is expected to gradually disappear after it lands in Chongjin, North Korea in the morning of tomorrow, after moving northward.
