The Korean Railroad announced that it will stop or adjust trains on six routes, including the Gyeongbu, Gyeongjeon, Donghae, Jungang, Yeongdong, and Gyeongbuk lines, from the first train on the 7th until the typhoon passes along the north of the typhoon'High Line'.

The Gyeongbu Line and Gyeongjeon Line stop all trains, such as KTX, Saemaeul, and Mugunghwa, on the Dongdaegu-Busan/Masan-Jinju section, and only run between Seoul and Dongdaegu.

On the Donghae Line, KTX from Seoul to Donghae changes departure and arrival stations to Gangneung, and stops operating the Mugunghwa Lake and the electric trains between Bujeon and Ilgwang.

All sections of the Yeongdong Line and Gyeongbuk Line are suspended, and the Taebaek Line and Jungang Line operate only between Cheongnyangni and Jecheon.

The high-speed rail Gyeongbu Line and Honam Line KTX operate normally, but may operate after a temporary suspension due to strong winds or slow speed depending on the speed limit.

As the train operation is flexible due to typhoons on the Korean Railroad, we requested that you check the train operation status in advance through Korail Talk, customer center, or the website.
