Tomorrow (7th) there will be a lot of rain and a very strong wind all over the country.

In particular, strong winds and heavy rain will be concentrated in the Yeongnam area during the rush hour.

If possible, it is best to refrain from moving during dangerous times.

This is reporter Jeong Gu-hee.

<Reporter> The

typhoon is expected to pass 300km east of Jeju Island around 3 am tomorrow.

Although it is weakening little by little now, it is expected to remain strong when it affects Korea.

At 7 a.m., it approaches 110 km east of Geoje Island and 70 km east of Busan at 8 p.m.

Afterwards, the speed of the typhoon accelerated to more than 40 km/h, passing through Pohang at 10 o'clock, Uljin at 1 PM, Yangyang at 3 PM, and Goseong at 4 PM, and then exiting the North Korean sea.

About 100km to the west of the typhoon is the'storm radius' where strong winds of 25m or more per second blow, and Yeongdong and Yeongnam enter the storm radius.

From 2 to 3 hours before the nearest typhoon time, the regions are expected to enter the storm radius, and strong winds of up to 40 m/s and 144 km/h are expected to blow around Yeongdong, Yeongnam coast, and Jeju Island.

However, the US and Japan still expect the typhoon to land in the interior of Yeongnam.

Looking at the current appearance, the west side of the typhoon is distorted as if hitting something, because there is dry air in the west.

The Meteorological Agency believes that the dry air force is so strong that the typhoon cannot enter the inland and escape to the East Sea.

Due to the influence of typhoons, the east wind with a lot of water vapor continuously flows in, and heavy rain of 400 mm or more may pour over the east coast.

Tomorrow, the time of high tide and typhoon on the south and east coasts overlaps, and there is a possibility of flooding damage and a wave of up to 12m on the coast.
