The prosecution requested the court to quickly determine whether or not bail was canceled for Pastor Jeon Kwang-hoon Sarangjeil Church, who was discharged from hospital after receiving Corona 19 treatment.
The Seoul Central District Prosecutor's Office yesterday (3rd) submitted an opinion on the expedited bail cancellation hearing to the Seoul Central District Court.
An official at the prosecution said, "We have submitted an opinion that it is necessary to proceed with the exact current situation and bail cancellation hearing including the discharge of the former pastor."
The court is planning to decide the direction of the hearing soon after examining the contents of the prosecution's request for bail cancellation.
