Typhoon Mysak landed in Busan a little while ago.

Our reporter is out in Changwon Port, one of the closest places to the typhoon.

Reporter Min Kyung-ho, how is the current situation?

<Reporter>

I am now in Jindong Port, Port in front of Masan, Changwon.

A strong wind and heavy rain fell an hour ago, but now the rain has subsided and the wind has stopped.

There was a time when the water level seemed to overflow from the dock behind me.

But now it has gone down to the level of the afternoon of yesterday (2nd) when I first arrived here.

This was the day when the seawater level was said to be the highest, and it was a day that overlapped with the high tide.

At around 10 o'clock last night, when the actual water level was highest, water flooded the road.

When a typhoon cicada hit this place in 2003, the road around where I was was filled with water up to the shoulders of an adult male.

So, some residents of Gohyeon-ri were evacuated to nearby elementary schools, and our reporters also settled on the second floor of this building.

In addition to Gohyeon-ri here, evacuation was advised to residents in Seongsan-gu, Masan, Happo-gu, and Masan member-gu, where tsunamis, floods, and landslides are a concern.

Also, the Machang Bridge, which connects Masan Happo-gu and Seongsan-gu, in Changwon, where I am, was completely controlled at 11 p.m.

I hope it passes without damage, but how long will the typhoon affect it?

<Reporter>

Typhoon Mysak passed by the southern part of Geoje and landed on the southwest coast of Busan at around 2:20.

It was delayed by about an hour than expected, but in the case of Changwon here, it is expected that the typhoon will gradually begin to escape from the affected area only after about an hour or two after the typhoon passes Daegu.

It is said that even after a typhoon exits the east coast, the river is maintained for a while, so residents of the Yeongnam region should refrain from going out and take care of safety.
