Last night, in front of a convenience store in Gangnam, Seoul, citizens with their masks off or down their chins were chatting while drinking alcohol and other drinks.

When the restaurant's indoor business was banned after 9 p.m., they found a convenience store that was not subject to restrictions on group restrictions.

[Convenience store employee (last night): (about the eating area) I didn't hear anything from the manager.

(The ward office worker) asked me to remove only what I eat inside the store...

.] In response

to the fact that there was a gap in quarantine, the city of Seoul decided to include convenience stores as part of the group restrictions from 9 pm tonight and conduct on-site inspection.

The quarantine authorities said they could only use cooking utensils in convenience stores, such as microwaves, and banned only drinking and eating.

Convenience stores are not the only blind spots for regulation.

In the forest roads of Gyeongui Line in Yeonnam-dong, Seoul, many people still gather to drink alcohol without wearing masks properly, but there is no way to regulate it under the current law.

[Residents in Yeonnam-dong, Seoul: Young people freely talk or talk with people they meet for the first time.

The alertness can be relieved.

I worry a lot.]

Cooperation from all is desperately needed so that a clear quarantine result can be achieved with a short and thick 2.5 step distance.
