From 12:00 pm on the 18th, in Seoul, Gyeonggi, and Incheon, the operation of facilities classified as'high risk' due to quarantine, such as entertainment bars, large academies, and buffet restaurants, is prohibited.

Also, in religious facilities located in the metropolitan area, even regular worship services are allowed only in a non-face-to-face manner.

In addition, indoor national and public facilities such as museums and art galleries are closed, and events involving 50 people indoors and 100 people outdoors are prohibited.

The core of the government's measures to strengthen quarantine measures in the metropolitan area today is the temporary ban on the operation of'high-risk facilities' that are at high risk of spreading Corona 19.

Currently, 11 facilities and industries designated as high-risk facilities must be closed.

This includes hunting pot tea, emotional bar, entertainment bar, danran bar, collate, karaoke, indoor group sports facility, indoor standing performance hall, door-to-door sales company, large academy with more than 300 people, and buffet restaurant.

Although large distribution and distribution centers are high-risk facilities, the government excluded them from this operation restriction, considering they are essential industrial facilities.

In principle, the operation of these high-risk facilities is restricted in the current quarantine level, the second stage of distance distancing.

However, when the government announced an increase in the level of quarantine on the 15th, taking into account the social and economic consequences, it did not issue orders to suspend operations for these facilities.

Recently, as the number of confirmed cases has exploded, mainly in churches in the metropolitan area, regular church worship services are also prohibited face-to-face.

The government only allows non-face-to-face worship and prohibits other small groups and activities.

Indoor national and public facilities such as museums, libraries, and art galleries are also closed. In principle, meetings and events with 50 or more people indoors, such as certification exams and fairs, and 100 or more outdoors are prohibited.
