police summoned Park Won-soon, the former chief of the secretary of Seoul Mayor, to investigate the allegations of assisting in coercion. The former chief of secretary insisted that the victim had never heard a grievance and had never received a telegram request. Then, the victim immediately disclosed the texts exchanged with their bosses as evidence of refutation.

Seong-gyu Oh, who served as the secretary of former Seoul Mayor Park Won-soon from July last year to April this year, appeared at the police.

Chief Jeon Oh was accused of assisting Mayor Park's assault.

Former secretary chief Kim Joo-myeong, who was investigated by the police on the same charges earlier, said,

[Kim Joo-myeong/Former Seoul City secretary’s office (last 13th): I have not received a telegram request.

I did not systematically assist or tolerate sexual harassment.] Oh, the former chief of staff said, "I have never heard a complaint from the complainant or asked to move personnel, and I know that none of the staff in the secretary has ever heard a complaint."

In this case, the victims immediately responded by revealing the contents of the messenger conversation.

In 2017, when Kim Joo-myeong was in office, the victim said in a conversation with the Seoul supervisor, "The manager in charge said,'I will persuade the mayor and send it to the Human Resources Development Department.'" It contains the promised content.

Last year, when the former chief of staff Oh Seong-gyu was in existence, the 5th class boss at the time sent a message to the victim, saying, "I hope you can escape this time," emphasizing that the telegram request was consistent.

The victims criticized high-ranking officials in Seoul, who consistently said no one had heard of the victims despite complaining about the damage for four years, that they were maliciously misleading the truth.
