Gyeonggi Province announced yesterday (15th) that 77 new cases of Corona 19 came out one day.

New confirmed cases were poured out mainly at Sarangjeil Church in Seongbuk-gu, Seoul, and Woori Jeil Church in Yongin, a big link of group infection.

As for the infection route, 43 people were related to Sarangjeil Church in Seoul and 10 people were related to Woori First Church in Yongin, and 53 (68.8%) were infected only with church.

In particular, new confirmed cases of Sarangjeil Church in Seoul are being confirmed in 19 cities and counties in the province, including Namyangju, Uijeongbu, and Suwon, and the quarantine authorities are straining.

The 10 new confirmed cases of Woori Jeil Church in Yongin are 4 in Yongin, 2 in Osan, 2 in Seongnam, 1 in Namyangju, and 1 in Suwon.

The cumulative number of confirmed cases nationwide related to the Seoul Sarang First Church has increased to at least 130.

Of these, 56 were confirmed in Gyeonggi Province.

In the case of Woori First Church in Yongin, there are 83 confirmed cases in Gyeonggi-do and at least 108 cases nationwide.

Meanwhile, in Seojong-myeon, Yangpyeong-gun, where a group infection occurred after participating in the'Bokdalim' village event, two additional residents were tested positive today (16th).

As a result, the cumulative number of cases of group infection in Yangpyeong village community increased to 33.

As the level of social distancing in the province has been upgraded to the second stage, eight multi-use facilities such as performance halls and movie theaters have been added to the mandatory quarantine regulations and strengthened quarantine prevention by conducting daily inspections of these facilities.

Eight multi-use facilities that are subject to mandatory quarantine regulations are general restaurants, baths, saunas, water parks, performance halls, movie theaters, indoor sports facilities, multi-rooms, DVD rooms, indoor wedding halls, and funeral halls.

From yesterday to the 30th, the province has issued an order to restrict group meetings to all religious facilities, including churches, PC cafes, coffee shops, bathhouses, academies, and classrooms, subject to precautions.

In addition, from the 18th to the 30th, the order to prohibit assembly was re-extended for door-to-door vendors.
