As the social distancing in Seoul and Gyeonggi has been upgraded to the second stage, the schedule for implementation of six types of cultural and leisure consumption discount rights has been suspended or delayed.

The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism announced that it will apply the adjustment of the implementation schedule of six types of consumption discount rights on a nationwide basis in consideration of the possibility of the spread of local infection of Corona 19 and the equity of discount benefits between regions.

First of all, in the case of movies and museums that started yesterday (14th), discount coupons distributed to date should be used under strict quarantine, but distribution scheduled thereafter will be temporarily suspended.

In the case of movies, the discount voucher that was first distributed can be used within the expiration date the day after tomorrow (17th), but it will be temporarily suspended from the second distribution scheduled from the 18th.

You can use more than 200 coupons for museum exhibitions that have already been distributed, and from the 16th, all issuances will be temporarily suspended nationwide.

Discount vouchers for art exhibitions were scheduled to be issued from the 21st and performance discount vouchers from the 24th.

Accommodation and travel discount vouchers differ from reservation time and actual usage period, so reservations will proceed from the 14th and the 25th of the trip as scheduled, but we will consider delaying the actual usage period in consideration of the Corona 19 situation in the future.

The Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism decided to provide discount vouchers to all 8.66 million people on a first-come, first-served basis by spending KRW 90.4 billion in the budget of accommodation, travel, performances, exhibitions, movies, and sports through the third supplement.
