Former Justice Minister Cho Kook attended the court for a'prosecutor's suspicion of Muma' and criticized the prosecutors for "wielding an iron stick only to other state agencies."

Former Minister Cho met with reporters in front of the Seoul Central District Court building in front of his fifth trial, which will be held at the hearing of the 21st section of the Seoul Central District Court Criminal Agreement (Deputy Judge Kim Mi-ri).

He first said, "At the previous trial, the prosecution suddenly claimed that'I did not investigate for a purpose'," he said and "I want to ask the prosecution a few questions."

At the same time, suspicion was raised, such as whether the prosecution had investigated the case for the purpose of binding himself as a power-type crime criminal and tying other members of the Civil Affairs Office as accomplices, and whether there was unspoken pressure in the process of suddenly overturning the statement by a former inspector I did.

Former Minister Cho also said, "If it is a criminal offense that the subject of the prosecution refused to comply with the prosecution and took measures to terminate the prosecution and receive resignation, I would like to ask the prosecutor with the right of compulsory investigation and supervisory authority." What examples have you received?"

He added, "How do we understand that we are wielding an iron stick to other national institutions and not even having a cotton bat for internal corruption?"

However, former Minister Cho did not specifically mention the cases in which the prosecutors closed their eyes over internal corruption and did not conduct inspections on personal corruption.

Former Minister Cho, who appeared at the court about 30 minutes before the trial, spoke about 1 minute and 40 seconds.

He went to court without answering questions from reporters asking whether he was involved in accepting the resignation of the Financial Services Commission's resignation from former Busan city mayor Yoo Jae-soo.
