The Central Defense Response Headquarters announced that as of today (12th) 6 pm, there were 11 confirmed cases related to the'Seoul Lotteria Workers' Meeting.

This is an increase of 4 more from 7 confirmed cases announced today at noon.

According to the Seoul Metropolitan Government, Lotteria employees, including managers of downtown branches, gathered at Lotteria Gunja Station on the afternoon of the 6th to hold a meeting, and 10 people attended the meeting.

The participants of the conference ate afterwards and held the second meeting. At this time, the number of participants increased and a total of 19 people attended.

At that time, there were close to 20 people attending the meeting, and as a considerable amount of time has passed since the meeting, there is a possibility that more confirmed cases will emerge, mainly from those they contacted.

An official from Bang Dae-bon explained, "According to the investigations so far, they did not wear masks during long meetings at the time."

LOTTE GRS, which operates Lotteria, opened its doors from the evening of yesterday (11th) to 7 stores in the city, including Hyehwa Branch, Myeonmokjungang Branch, Gunja Branch, Sogong 2nd Branch, Seoul Station Branch, Suk University Station Branch, and Konkuk University Branch. Closed and quarantine is in progress.
