It was found that out of the 8.8 billion won in donations received over the past five years, only 200 million won was delivered to the living spaces of the grandmothers in Gwangju, Gyeonggi Province, where the elderly victims of Japanese military comfort women live. Along with this, the situation was revealed that they abused the grandmothers.

internal accusation that the donation of the House of Sharing is not being used properly was revealed as a result of a joint public-private survey in Gyeonggi Province.

The total amount of donations collected by corporations from 2015 to 2019 was 8.8 billion won.

Of these, only 200 million won was spent on the Nanum House facility where grandmothers live.

Even that, it turned out that most of it was spent on administrative expenses and dormitory extensions.

The investigation team concluded that 2.6 billion won was spent on corporate land and the remaining 6 billion won seemed to be left to build nursing homes.
