This place in Yeosu, which is directly affected by typhoons, has repeatedly rained and stopped amidst heavy dark clouds.

As time goes by, the wind is getting stronger.

Overlapping the high tide period, the level of the seawater is rising.

As the typhoon hits the north, 1,000 fishing boats are evacuated here in Gukdong Port.

They are tightly tied to prevent damage from bumping into each other even in swelling waves.

Currently, there are typhoon warnings in Geomundo and Chodo in Yeosu, and typhoon preliminary warnings in 14 cities and counties in Gwangju and Jeollanam-do.

As both sea and sky roads were blocked, the operation of more than 20 passenger ships and Yeosu Airport aircraft in the Yeosu area was also completely controlled.

Typhoon Rose is expected to be closest to the coast of Yeosu around 2 PM.

Accordingly, in Gwangju and Jeollanam-do, the afternoon time will be the biggest point of this typhoon.

Until tomorrow (the 11th), it will rain 50-150mm in Gwangju and Jeonnam, and more than 250mm in the vicinity of Mount Jirisan.

Gwangju and Jeollanam-do have suffered a lot of damage from the torrential rains that poured over the past three days, but thorough preparations are needed as the typhoon hits the north before restoration work is done.
