Under the Chunseong Bridge, 13km downstream of the accident site, Kwak Mo, a 69-year-old man, was rescued and sent to the hospital. Two hours after the accident, Mr. Mo, 69, was found dead near the Nami Island Pier 20km downstream.

Five missing persons have yet to be found.

Police and fire departments are conducting a search in the area of ​​about 50km along the Bukhan River from the point of the accident.
