As you can see, the raindrops that were quiet a while ago are rushing with a strong gust of shaking.

This heavy rain is really unstoppable.

When the sun rises as if it was the case, it pours out so that it cannot be seen again.

The heavy rain is concentrated in the northern part of Yeongseo, and the Soyang River Dam behind me is 3,000 tons of water per second, which is four times higher than today's (4th) morning.

Although the flooding can afford this time, the speed of water blowing is terrifying.

In Gangwon-do, heavy rain warnings are currently maintained in all areas except for the southern part of the east coast.

In the northern regions of Gangwon, such as Cheorwon and Hwacheon, 80mm of rain was poured per hour, so some roads were controlled by flooding of valleys, and lowland villages continued to suffer flooding damages.

In the afternoon, I had a brief lull, but I am reassured that a new rain cloud has formed in the eastern Gyeonggi Province and is moving back to Chuncheon.

As the rain cloud that sprayed heavy rain on the west and west moved to the east, the heavy rains expanded to Yeongdong.

If you look at the cumulative precipitation from 31st of last month to 4:00 pm, Cheorwon Jangheung has the most 593mm, Hwacheon 398mm, Chuncheon Nami Island 358.5mm.

In particular, Gangwon-do is strengthening its forecasting activities to over 2,600 areas of concern due to landslides, as it forecasts that it will rain up to 500 mm more, especially in the Yeongseo area by tomorrow.
