Yes, I wanted to show a lull during the night, and the rain has been pouring heavily since morning.

As heavy rains are concentrated in the northern part of Yeongseo, 800 tons of water are introduced into the Soyang River Dam per second.

The amount of water to be discharged is almost as low as 200 tons, and there is still room for flooding.

However, if it rains more like this, it is possible that the floodgates will be opened in three years after 2017.

The dams of the Bukhan River water system, such as the Chuncheon Dam and Uiam Dam, are being opened early to control the water level.

The problem is in the future, but heavy rain warnings are still maintained in most areas of Gangwon-do, except for some of the East Coast.

If you look at the cumulative precipitation from the evening of the 31st of the last month to 7 am today, Cheorwon Jangheung has the most with 371.5 mm, Chuncheon Nami Island 331 mm, Yeongwol 278.6 mm.

In the northern part of Gangwon, including Cheorwon, where the largest amount of rain fell, there are currently about 70 victims.

More than 30 people are said to be evacuating from the town hall.

Gangwon-do issued a special report on the risk of landslides in six cities and towns in the Yeongseo area, and the Disaster Response Headquarters responded by upgrading to'three phases'.

In particular, it is forecasting that it will rain more than 500mm, especially in the Yeongseo area, by tomorrow, and thus strengthening the forecasting activities for more than 2,600 areas of concern for landslides.
