In the heavy rains that continue on today (4th), damage continues throughout the country, and reports of damages are being received one after another. In Yeongwol-gun, Gangwon-do, a goat farm disappeared due to heavy rain, and the orchard was submerged in water. The reporter said in the video, "It's very, very, very, very big." 

In Gapyeong-gun, Gyeonggi-do, there was an urgent situation in which heavy water poured into the house during the heavy rain. The reporter said, "I have reported, but no one can help me." 

Last night, a one-ton truck was caught in a torrent in Jincheon-gun, Chungbuk, and a 62-year-old man disappeared. The man went to see the paddy fields that were blown up by the heavy rain and had an accident. 

As of today, 13 people have been killed, 13 missing, and more than 1,000 victims. 2,900 damages were reported to the facility, including bridges falling, and 43 roads across the country were controlled and railroads were suspended. 

The Central Disaster Safety Countermeasures Division cautioned that strong rains such as Seoul, Gyeonggi, Gangwon, and Chungcheong are expected today.
