Today (30th), at the dawn of Daejeon, rains of up to 80mm per hour caused flooding damage to buildings, roads, and vehicles.

An apartment complex in Jeongnim-dong, Seo-gu was submerged in water so that the parked cars could not be seen, and firefighters mobilized the boats to rescue them.

A landslide occurred in Busa-dong, Jung-gu, and Daejeon City warned neighbors with emergency disaster messages, and completely controlled access to all sections of Hasang-ro and three underground roads such as Wolpyeong, Gapcheon, and Daejeon Station.

In addition, trains such as KTX have been delayed due to the submersion of some tracks. The Korea Meteorological Administration predicted that it will rain more than 200 mm by tomorrow (31st) in the Chungcheong area, including Daejeon.
