Weapons were sentenced to Jang Dae-ho, the killer of the so-called'Han River Torso Corpse', which killed a motel guest and damaged his body.

Supreme Court Supreme Court Justice Supreme Court Justice Kwon Soon-il said today (29th) that Jang Dae-ho, who was accused of murder and carcass death, was sentenced to a sentence of arms imprisonment.

The judges found it difficult to consider the centrifugal judgment unfair because of the brutality of the means and methods of the crime, and of the defendant's lack of reflection on his actions and minimal respect for life.

The prosecutor's appeal against the sentence for imprisonment was dismissed with the precedent that ``if a sentence of death, weapon, or imprisonment or imprisonment for more than 10 years is sentenced, the sentence cannot be filed because the sentence is too light.''

Even though Jang Dae-ho embroidered, he did not accept that the defendant's appeal was not illegal because the centrifuge did not embroider it.

In August last year, Jang Dae-ho was accused of killing a guest in a motel where he worked, killing them with a blunt weapon, damaging his body with a weapon and throwing it away on the Han River.

He said the police had committed a crime when the victim was talking and was not paying 40,000 won for accommodation.

He said, "I didn't want to ask the survivors for forgiveness, and it was okay to be put to death because I wasn't murdered to satisfy my self-interest."

The prosecutors said, "The defendants do not feel remorse or show no attitude of reflection." Both the 1st and 2nd trials sought death sentences against Jang Dae-ho, and the 1st and 2nd trials each sentenced to imprisonment.
