Choi Mo, 31, a taxi driver who is accused of killing an ambulance by blocking an ambulance, said she should do the contact accident first.

Choi, who arrived at the Seoul Eastern District Court at about 10:25 am on the day, quickly said to the court, "I don't know what to say," to the reporter's question, "You said that if (the patient) dies, you will be responsible."

When asked "What do you want to say to the bereaved family", you did not answer whether you were accused of intentionally hitting your hand and saying "what".

The warrant review will be conducted from 10:30 am to the Deputy Judge Judge Deokjin Kwon.

Detention will likely be decided late in the afternoon.

The Gangdong Police Station in Seoul, which is investigating the case, applied for Choi's pre-requisite warrant on the 21st of this month, saying, "The matter is serious and there is a fear of running away."

On the afternoon of the 8th of last month, Mr. Choi was charged with a private ambulance on a road near Godeok Station on Line 5 of Gangdong-gu Subway Station and was charged with blocking an accident for about 10 minutes, saying,'Start the accident.'

The ambulance was transporting a 79-year-old patient with stage 4 lung cancer complaining of shortness of breath to the hospital.

The patient was transferred to another 119 ambulance, arrived at the hospital for treatment, but died at 9 PM that day.

The incident was popularized by the Cheong Wa Dae National Petition, where the son of a patient who had died was asked to punish a taxi driver.

The petition has been attended by approximately 720,000 people.

The police have been conducting full-scale investigations by adding another detective and a strong team to the same police department in this case, which is being investigated by the Gangdong-seo Transportation Division.

We are also investigating Choi's other allegations, such as negligence and death, filed in the National Petition.
