The underground driveway in Busan, where the three people you saw earlier died, was a place where you had to stop entering the vehicle when a heavy rain warning was issued. However, the government did not understand that there was such a control standard established by the government, and the underground driveway was filled with rainwater in minutes.

night (23rd) is the first underground road in Choryang, Dong-gu, Busan.

As the rain accumulates on the underpass, the cars slowly and slowly come out.

Some seemed hesitant, and five minutes after entering, the water rose much higher than the height of the bitter.

On the surface, it is more like a river than a road.

It is a 3.5-meter-high underground driveway. If you look here, it has risen to a height of 2.5 meters. The vehicles that were passing at the time were also isolated in an instant.

Three people, including Mr. A in his 60s, died in the suddenly blown water, and six are being treated in a hospital.

Fire officials say all three people were found outside the vehicle and drowned in the process of escaping.

competent ward said that the drain pump worked normally, but there was a lot of water coming in, making it irresistible.

Police said they had controlled the road as soon as they received the report, but the vehicles had already been trapped in the water.

Six years ago, heavy rains killed two people on another underground driveway in Busan, making it difficult for the police and administrative authorities to avoid criticism.
