Reporter 3998 filmed a scene where several cars were flooded by rainwater entering an underground parking lot in an apartment in Gijang-gun, Busan. In the midst of the heavy rain, the footage of the residents building a small dam at the entrance to the underground parking lot was recorded. "I have lived in Gijang-gun for over 20 years, but this is the first time I have experienced it. The water on the road was not drained, so it was refluxed into the apartment and flooded into the parking lot."
In addition, reporter 2904 filmed and delivered the flooding of Busan Station. The stairs to the ticket gate to the Busan Station subway platform overflowed with water and flowed like a waterfall. On this day, the underground shopping mall and the history of the subway line No. 1 were submerged in the water spilled from the nearby road, and the electric train passed without stopping.

The roads and sidewalks in Busan were flooded with water, making it difficult to distinguish. In addition, it was difficult to distinguish the beach from Gwangalli Beach in Suyeong-gu by flooding by the high tide time as it was flooded with a mixture of seawater and rainwater.
The drain overflowed and spewed water, and the rain filled the city bus. Vehicles had difficulty driving because water filled up to the thighs or waist heights in most city roads, such as intersections near Yeonsu-dong Homeplus and Centum City.

At 10:18 on the night, 9 people were rescued, but three of them died, when vehicles passing through the first subway in Dong-gu, Dong-gu were flooded by suddenly flooded water.

Fire officials believe that the people inside the vehicle could not escape because the 175m long underground driveway filled with water up to 2.5m.

According to the Korea Meteorological Administration's Disaster Meteorological Information System, the torrential downpour on this day has been the tenth largest hourly precipitation since 1920.
