The Soyuz-2.1a rocket was launched from the Baikonur cosmodrome

The launch is broadcast by Roscosmos.

Progress MS-15 will reach the ISS using an ultrafast flight scheme, circling the Earth twice. It is planned that from the start to the docking to the Pirs module of the Russian segment of the station, it will take 3 hours and 21 minutes.

This is the second launch of a Russian cargo ship in 2020.
