A warrant for seizure and search by the Seoul Metropolitan Government has been dismissed by the court to investigate suspicions that Seoul officials neglected sexual harassment by former Mayor Park Won-soon.

According to the police on the 22nd, the Seoul Central District Court dismissed a warrant to seize and search the Seoul City Hall for the purpose of'insufficient search and seizure'.

The Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency'Park Won-soon Incident' Task Force (TF) has been investigating a case accused by the YouTube channel ``Horizontal Research Center'', saying that Seoul's secretary's office has tolerated the sexual harassment of former Mayor Park.

The Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency, which has been conducting investigations by summoning Seoul officials one by one since last week, requested an additional investigation to the Seoul Metropolitan Government, saying it needs additional investigation.

The warrant also included a work cell phone found as an oil product from Mayor Park.

Although it had already entered the digital forensic process, the scope of the investigation was limited to the death of Mayor Park, so it was necessary to include a sexual assault case.

An official from TF said, "We will consider whether to re-apply for a warrant through further reinforcement investigations."
