At the second trial of the case today (22nd) at the hearing of the 11th Division of the Suwon District Court, President Kim said, “I just borrowed the funds from Suwon passengers, and I did not participate in the embezzlement.

He added, "The allegations of forgery and forgery of private documents were also legitimate documents in the process of borrowing funds (writing loans), and we have not participated in forgery."

The judge said, "Then, who did you borrow from Suwon's funds from?" and the former President Kim responded, "Mounting was done by Suwon Passenger Finance Director Kim Mo."

Mr. Kim, the financial director of Suwon Passenger, who was in court together, did not give any opinion that he had not yet read the entire case record. .

In addition to these three, Park Mo, who was accused of assisting Suwon passenger finance director Kim's escape to the country, admitted the charges.

The Tribunal will hold a third trial on September 9 to hear each defendant's opinions on the evidence submitted by the prosecution.

Chairman Kim is accused of conspiring with Suwon Passenger Finance Director Kim and Star Mobility's other executive director Kim from October 2018 to January of last year to create and misrepresent Suwon Passengers' 241 billion won in false money. .

Prosecutors say some of the slack money that they missed was used by Kim for personal purposes, such as taking over the machinery company Interbulls.

InterBulse changed its name to current Star Mobility in July last year.

Chairman Kim is currently under investigation at the Seoul Southern District Prosecutor's Office regarding the Lime incident, and is expected to be prosecuted soon afterwards.
