On the 16th, at about 3:19 pm on the 16th, he attended the opening ceremony of the 21st National Assembly in front of the entrance of the 2nd floor of the main building of the National Assembly Building and was charged with throwing off his shoes toward President Moon after his speech.

The shoes that Jung threw fell next to Moon's meters.

The police arrested Mr. Chung and the Yeongdeungpo Police Station in Seoul filed a warrant for arrest on the 17th, saying, "The matter is very serious."
