The recording file of the situation at the time of the crime of a 60-year-old professor at the University of Jeju, who sexually assaulted a female student in her 20s, is shocking.

Yesterday (16th), the 2nd criminal case (Judge Chan-Soo Jang) of the Jeju District Court held a second trial against A(61), a professor at Jeju National University, who was handed over to charges of similar sexual assault.

At the interrogation, the court heard the testimony of student B.

In order to prevent contact with the perpetrators, the court considered the B by putting a blank screen around the witness seat and the defendant temporarily retiring to the waiting room outside the courtroom.

Putting together the facts of the charges and the courtroom statements of the witnesses, Mr. A met the victim at school at 5:30 pm on October 30th of last year. Taken to the tavern.

Mr. B testified at Mr. Song's pub that Mr. A had a sexual assault while forcing him to touch a specific part of his body.

The file recorded by Mr. B using his mobile phone recorded 207 times, saying he hated it, saying he wanted to resist.

The words "I want to go home", "I want to go out", "Don't touch" and screams have been recorded dozens of times.

On the CC (closed circuit) TV installed in the hall of the song pub, the image of Mr. A bringing Mr. B trying to escape outside was filmed.

Mr. B testified that "I pretended to give a snack at a singing pub and put a finger in my mouth." Since then, the act (similar to sexual assault) took place, and Mr. A opened the door after he opened his glasses and fled."

Mr. B complained to the trial court, saying, "The agreement was not forgiven by Mr. A, and I have never forgiven Mr. A."

B also said, "I have no intention of going back to school after the trial." "I dreamed of an ordinary office worker after graduation, but I lived a nightmare with trauma."

Mr. A insisted on the mind and body medication and said that he would submit evidence of depression prescriptions before the crime.

At the first trial on June 18, the court of justice arrested Mr. A in jurisdiction, saying, "These crimes should be eliminated in the Republic of Korea.

The police filed for an arrest warrant for Mr. A, but the court initially dismissed the warrant saying there was no fear of escape and destruction of evidence.
