It was a false medical certificate issued by Professor A of Yonsei University College of Medicine, even though he was a suspect in a murder case that called for social anger.

A fine sentence was confirmed three years ago by Professor A, who was arrested and arrested for being issued a false medical certificate late.

At that time, the court ruled that Mr. Yun's condition was false and that he had written a medical certificate even though hospitalization was not necessary and imprisonment was not possible.

However, for three years, Yonsei University, their university, has not disciplined Professor A.

Naturally, disciplinary action had to be undertaken, but even the disciplinary committee on campus was not held.

Yonsei University said, "It was difficult to make a disciplinary decision because Professor A was suspended until last year."

Yonsei University has also been disciplinary for the Ministry of Education, which is not subject to disciplinary procedures for faculty members who have surrogate surgery without prior patient consent or introduce patients to medical institutions for commercial purposes.
