The police today unveiled the identity of Nam Gyeong-eup (29), who participated in the sexual exploitation of Dr. Cho Joo-bin (24, prisoner of confinement), and handed him over to the prosecution.

The Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency today announced that the new disclosure committee made the decision on the 13th.

Nam, currently at the Jongro Police Station detention center in Seoul, will release his face when he is sent to the prosecution this morning.

The police said, "The suspect (Mr. Nam) is seriously involved in crimes against women as an accomplice by Dr. Jo Joo-bin, a doctor's room operator. "A warrant was issued and sufficient human and physical evidence was secured. "We decided that the risk was high," he said.

“The committee discussed in depth the human rights of the accused and the reasons for disclosure restrictions such as damage to family members and neighbors,” he said. “However, the public's right to know, to prevent recidivism of similar crimes, and to prevent crimes, So, we decided to release the suspect's name, age, and face."

An official from the police said, "We will actively review the disclosure of new cases based on the crime and illegality of each individual suspect."

Nam works as a paid member of the'Dr. Bang' and receives charges of encouraging victims to participate in the production of sexual exploitation (violation and coercion of special law on punishment of crime group membership, sexual violence crimes, etc.).

There is also a charge that threatened the victim by imitating the crimes of Jo Joo-bin.

Police were arrested on the 6th of this month after they filed for two arrest warrants against Mr. Nam.
