There are two major charges against Governor Lee Jae-myeong, who will be sentenced to the final sentence on the 16th.

In June 2012, when he served as mayor of Seongnam, he ordered his brother to be admitted to a mental hospital and accused him of abuse of authority to enforce hospitalization despite the medical staff's rejection. It is a charge of publicizing the truth.

In both the first and second trials, the alleged abuse of authority was innocent, but the judgment on the alleged misrepresentation in the Official Election Act was mixed.

Unlike the first trial, which condemned innocence, in the second trial, Lee Jae-myeong falsely read the debate of Governor Lee's debate and sentenced him to a fine of 3 million won.

Therefore, the governor's political life is determined by the Supreme Court's judgment on the allegations of misrepresentation.

It is known that the Supreme Court's all-in-laws hearing the case was whether Mr. Lee's remarks were specific enough to influence the voter's judgment, and whether they were intentional.

If the Supreme Court accepts the judgment of the second instance as it is, the governor will immediately lose the position of the governor, and if the case is repatriated, the governor will remain in office.
